Inove is a program designed to support the development of Vale’s suppliers in the different regions where it operates, helping these companies prepare to meet evolving market demands. The program offers training, provides credit and takes action to promote enterprise.
This is Vale’s way of:
Contributing to sustainable development in the areas of influence of its projects and operations;
Developing and strengthening its base of suppliers and ensuring the provision of goods and services for the entire production chain;
Stimulating business between members of the supply chain, helping local companies to grow and generate jobs and income.
Where Inove is active
The program has been implemented in all the regions where Vale is present in Brazil. Soon it will be rolled out in other countries where we operate.
