Keep your ticket in a safe place. You will need to show it to the onboard staff whenever requested during the journey.
Avoid taking too much luggage. The limit per passenger is 35 kg.
Take care of your luggage during the trip. You are responsible for it. Don’t forget to label it.
Leave your garbage in the plastic bag provided and use the window only to appreciate the landscape.
Dispose of different kinds of waste in the appropriate colored garbage containers located between the train cars. If you prefer, hand your garbage over to a member of staff.
Sit on the seat specified on your ticket. Any queries may be directed to an onboard member of staff.
Do not drink alcoholic beverages during the trip.
The restaurant and buffet cars are there to serve all passengers. As a result, use these space for the time required to have your meal and remember to throw away your garbage in the correct place.
Wear comfortable clothes and footwear. It is best not to wear tight clothes and high heels.
Do not let children wander around the train unaccompanied. Always keep an eye on them.
