Mulher embarcando

Before getting on board, it’s a good idea to take some small precautions to ensure your journey goes smoothly:

  • When you buy your ticket, check that all the details on it are correct, as it is not possible to change tickets after the day of travel.
  • In order to ensure you catch the train in good time, plan on arriving at the station at least 45 minutes before it is scheduled to depart.
  • Keep your ticket and an identity document to hand.
  • Avoid taking too much luggage. The limit per passenger is 35 kg.
