This program works to improve public management in municipal education, through education policy planning in four areas: education management, continuous training, educational practices and infrastructure.
Education Action provides continuous teacher training, with the aim of improving the quality of education at public sector schools, from nursery to 5th grade.
The program involves teachers, students, schools principals and vice-principals, education coordinators and school supervisors, as well as technicians at municipal education secretariats.
