This program helps to establish consultative councils as part of Brazil’s System to Guarantee the Rights of Children and Teenagers. The aim is to strengthen public management in terms of youth policies and public budgets, and to help create connections between networks and organizations.
Participants in the 40-hour course are encouraged to take part in alliances with the legislature and the media in order to help enforce the rights established in the Statute on Children and Adolescents.
From 2007 to 2009, we trained 1,051 professionals.
